Seminar Content & Approach
After many years working in health care and leading the PMI effort to improve health care project management, we created a seminar to address the unique demands of health care projects. This seminar is geared to those PM’s and executives who must deliver improvements in Health Care IT, clinical systems, hospital operations, and regulatory changes such as ICD-10, HIPPA, and Compliance.
We teach the people skills and management practices that allow Health Care PM’s to meet the needs of their unique stakeholders, such as patients and their families, physicians, nurses, hospital management, insurance companies, pharmaceutical firms, vendors, and government agencies.
