It turns out that a person does not have to be “born with” management ability.  Many of the core management skills can be effectively taught.  Our main service to the IT sector is to teach a powerful set of management principles and tools to people who have not been exposed to the management domain.  This applies to people coming from a technical background, and also to anyone who has not had this kind of intensive, performance-oriented management training.
